  Goed verzorgd hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ondanks melding bij de boeking dat internet betalend was, hadden we toch gratis toegang tot internet. - Ontbijt en ruimte vr. ontbijt. Ligging tegenover Victoria market.(niet te missen). Gratis shuttle van station naar hotels. Appartement 60m² gekregen ipv kamer.

  When we arrived I asked if twin beds were booked. She said queen and divan . I thought that was a bit rich having to stay on divan. I had told my friend I usually stay at Mooloolaba as the screen showed the one at Mooloolaba. She then said they could make king into twin. We had booked I bed twin apt. When we came back at 4.30pm. So great stay. - I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

  The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Medina is in a great location and we will definately be back. - I liked the friendly efficient staff, the excellent facilities and the closeness to the City.

  Arriving on a delayed flight into Melbourne via Sydney from Hawaii, we expected all sorts of problems upon arriving very late at the Somerset. However, I must complement their staff, in particular Paul Dale, who were very helpful and understanding. I commend them for the service, the spotless room and the central location. Bob Langridge - i like there are lots of electric and home appliances, like microwave oven, washing machine, stove, etc. There are shops and supermarkets nearby thus cooking in the room is very convenient esp. my mother is a vegetarian. It also near the melbourne central, queen victoria markets. And many tourist points can be reach on foot. (If you don't mind to walk)

  Staff make or break any business and with that there is clean, hygienic - for me there is no compromise. Adina management is to be congratulated for looking after their people and maintaining happy staff. Staff who love going to work in turn make for happy and satisfied customers. Adina delivers on its promise.   This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds. Ideal for city entertainment. Near tram, trains. Ideal location.staff very pleasant. Value for money. We return every year and it has a swimming pool..near the docklands and local shops (7 eleven), Crown complex, Aquarium, immigration house.
