  All staff absolutely superb - friendly, helpful and attentive, reception staff and porters desk/concierge staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Room has excellent ammenities, was well designed for comfort and convenience and the bed was extremely comfortable. Location for theatres and shopping could not be better.The hotel has a welco... wat mensen zeggen » ming feel to it and feels "boutique". - Warm welcome from Susan at reception, glass of champagne at check-in desk and nice handwritten card with chocolates in our room that night from Susan wishing us a pleasant stay in Melbourne.
