  The staff were extremely friendly right from reception to the woman who came to close up the hot tub and the gentleman in the cafe next door for breakfast (which was amazing and reasonably priced) the room was lovely for what we paid and the hot tub on a cool windy night was very welcoming great place to stay - The apartment was modern, spacious ... wat mensen zeggen » and spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided and we enjoyed the views from the two balconies. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic too. A fabulous place to stay!

  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartments were clean and spacious. The location was fantastic and easily within walking distance of the town, shopping, restaurants and river walk.   We really enjoyed our stay at El Paso, the staff for friendly especially the lovely couple who run the restaurant they gave us tips of where to go site seeing and restaurants. The location was a total bonus we didn't use our car the whole 4 days we were there except once when we drove along the beach side to view the lookouts, beaches & lighth... wat mensen zeggen » ouse. Breakfast was nice and simple, room was clean & comfortable, really liked the fact that the room had air con aswell. I would recommend this - Location is ideal (particularly for Glasshouse). Good beds, reasonable facilities, although the buildings are shabby. Breakfast is ok, but water for tea/coffee should be heated before breakfast time. It was always lukewarm until well after opening hours (this should be in not like section)

  Loved the room & view was fantastic. Don't understand why the room we stayed in was just called riverview. While this is true we could see the ocean clearly. View is amazing. We also used the hotel restaurant one night and the service was good. Port Macquarie is a charming town. The staff are very friendly, the rooms large and well appointed, the restaurant very good and the grounds very well kept. Obviously a well managed property.   From day one it was great place to be, the staff are a big credit to the place, everything was nice and clean and working! My family and I were unfortunate to stay in one of Australia's worst Motor Inns, see for a Few Dollars More we stayed in the complete opposite at Best Western..
