  The lady at reception was very polite and professional. We would go there again. We arrived very late and were grateful that the man peered out his unit to direct us to a good parking spot as we had a high load and couldn't fit under the parking lot.   The room was quiet and clean. I liked the fact that there was a little table to sit at with 2 chairs, so you didn't have to sit on the beds. The room had everything we needed except a dvd player. Great value for money with the kitchenette, everything was at your finger tips.   The Shelly Beach was perfect. A lovely townhouse which was presented in a spotless condition with well appointed facilities. The washing machine and dryer was much appreciated.   It was clean, comfortable, family friendly and very easy to get to from the car park. This made carrying our bags a lot easier. We loved their fuss free system for very late check ins, which helped greatly with our tiresome five hour drive from Sydney and another six on our way back from the Gold Coast.   I definitely agree with the comment about the recliner chairs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Our balcony was huge and would be a great spot in the warmer weather. Not having a lift was a drawback as with heavy cases a bit of a struggle up the stairs. We decided to pay for the buffet breakfast which was excellent with the food freshly cooked.
