  I liked the cleanliness, spaciousness, the warm pool, the owners were delightful and politely enforce a quite curfew after a certain hour making it a very peaceful and respectful space to relax and enjoy. Even the fellow travellers were friendly. Overall I think people are in tune to the happy and relaxed feel. The location is perfect. We had an amazing time and loved the choice of eating places, trips and excurtions on offer.

  Everything about the Port Douglas Motel was excellent! The location was excellent, it was immaculately clean and the staff were exceptional. One of the best hotel/motel experiences I've had. Not to mention that the price was unbeatable! I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay there. - Loved this place! They say more than just a motel ... wat mensen zeggen » and how true! Wonderful beds,clean and great staff! Couldn't believe the bad review and think it was some kind of sour grape! We didn't need a car it is so close to everything. Big thank you Port Douglas Motel!   Not normally the type to be compelled to write reviews, however my experience here was so fantastic I feel the need. I even stayed one extra night because it was just what I was needing at that point in my journey. The little extras that went toward making my stay really memorable are too numerous to list, but the tasteful décor throughout.. Believ - This is a truly great hotel and location simply cant be better. A very helpful and nice staff, free parking and much more is free for you to use like bikes, ipads and laptops, beach towels, umbrellas and toys, dvds and books. Rooms are clean and lovely. Well aired and air conditioned. We stayed in one of their Cosy rooms that had a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and everything you need to cook including plates and dishes and cutlery. There is also a swimming pool and a grill for you to use

The location of the hotel was central on the main street of Port Douglas which made everything in the street seem so close no matter where we were headed. We loved the pool and made sure we used it daily!   The Outrigger Apartments were very well located for both the town of Port Douglas and the beach. The living area in our two bedroomed apartment was spacious and well equipped and the apartment itself was all that we needed for our stay. The Owner /Managers were very helpful and welcoming. Really appreciated extra touches such as free use of beach umbrellas and chairs as well as kids toys. Thanks for making our first day at Port Douglas so memorable.

I can not fault the Cayman Villas at all and would highly recommend the Villas to anyone. - We loved everything about Cayman, from the position, the apartments, the bbq area, the pool and the super friendly manager. Great pool - nicely set with enough room for everyone. Lovely helpful lady at reception - so easy to book trips to reef etc.

  Pip and Trevor were very welcoming, the pubs, restaurants, and shops are right there at the front door step. It was a great place to stay with all the facilities you need. The owners were just the friendliest, loveliest people we have met, maybe because they are New Zealanders!! - The owner Jim was very obliging and helpful.   loved the design of the villas,and the bright colours. Loved the intimacy of it being a small resort for couples. Loved all the complimentary extras that made it special. Loved the herb pots. The ladies who manage the resort a wonderful, helpful and very friendly. They made us feel very welcome. - The privacy, the secluded area per unit. The gardens were amazing. This accommodation was the best thing about Port Douglas.

  Great accommodations. Very well maintained and great size. We had a 3 bedroom apartment for a couple and two friends. The living room was a great size and the balcony offered an additional relaxation point. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basics. We had a car and got our own little garage to park in. Pool was great with a bbq and table for dining while the kids swim. The 10 minute walk to town was pleasant and shady and 4 mile beach was only a short walk away.

  Bruno and Toni were absolutely fantastic. They organised all of our excursions, even to the extent of working out an itinerary to get the best out of our week. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean and the location was stunning. Thank you Bruno and Toni for making our week so great. - Toni and Bruno were great hosts. We arrived early in the morning and were able to get into our villa which was great after a night flight. The villa we were in was very spacious and clean and well appointed. Especially loved the skylight in the top bedroom where you can lay in bed at night and see the stars framed in the overhanging coconut palms.The location was excellent, 2 min walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to the main shopping area.
