Great restaurant - draws many offsite guests as well. - The staff were friendly and gave a full tour/explanation of the facilities and took us to our room on arrival. Food and drink available to order by the pool which made for a great relaxing stay. Awesome breakfast included. Love the no under 16yo rule and will be back.

  The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you.   The rooms are very comfortable for two people to stay in and the view from our room was outstanding. The location of the hotel was central on the main street of Port Douglas which made everything in the street seem so close no matter where we were headed. We loved the pool and made sure we used it daily!   the staff were great especially Emma at reception. the spa was amazing, very serene and relaxing and my massage was bliss. location is great, a street away from shops and cafes. loved the torch flames throughout the resort. - Excellent stay. Very clean and spacious apartment. Would stay again.

  Pip and Trevor were very welcoming, the pubs, restaurants, and shops are right there at the front door step. It was a great place to stay with all the facilities you need.   Stayed at VSM first two weeks of October. A beautiful spacious apartment in A Spanish style; clean and cosy. Very happy with our room number 42 at the back of the block, as it was quiet and the balcony very private. VSM is at the centre of Port Douglas surrounded by a great variety of eateries for all tastes and budgets. I can recommend the Quicksilver trip to the Coral Reef, Tony's Trop - Excellent location right in the heart of main street, with shops and restaurants a short stroll from the apartment. Apartment was very comfortable and clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Host was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
