  All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic. The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout. The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus. We requested a room away from the noise and was given one by the management which was good. Good cooking facilities and utensils as we did eat in for breakfast which suited us otherwise we would have to eat out 3-meal a day. Front desk staff was helpful.

  From the moment we arrived we felt like we were in paradise. A beautiful walk through the gardens, especially at night when the fire lights up the board walk. The pool, bar and restaurant facilities really are five star. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. - The rooms were spacious and the facilities were good.   Pip and Trevor were very welcoming, the pubs, restaurants, and shops are right there at the front door step. It was a great place to stay with all the facilities you need. No need to have a car because you can walk every where.!! - Good location. Very clean.   Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Faciliteiten (4 zwembaden, gym, tennis), ligging, verzorgd en schoon. - I loved everything about this resort Accomodation was amazing, great privacy when sitting on patio out the back of villa. Loved the luxurious toiletries provided initially until we could go shopping. Upstairs and down stairs toilet and bat... wat mensen zeggen » hroom ..Wonderful!! Large kitchen area and a washing machine and dryer.. Just divine!! I loved this place! And the pools?? Heaven!! Small little private areas in the main pool and a great little "cave" under a beautiful waterfall that with the press of a butto - We spent our January holiday at the resort, it was a perfect accommodation for the family, my kids are teenagers and they loved the tennis courts, main pools with its water falls spa and surrounding, I enjoyed the gym, lap pool and the aqua activities early morning. My youngest son loved the coconut and mango trees, he was trying to open the coconut instead of playing e-games lol was funny to learn a new skill, and yes we had the chance to eat some fresh mangoes from the tree

  loved the design of the villas,and the bright colours. Loved the intimacy of it being a small resort for couples. Loved all the complimentary extras that made it special. Loved the herb pots. The huge bed. The outdoor bath. The beautiful shower .The gardens and fishpots were amazing. The quietness. The rainforest surroundings. fully self contained... wat mensen zeggen » . The ladies who manage the resort a wonderful, helpful and very friendly. They made us feel very welcome. - The privacy, the secluded area per unit. The gardens were amazing. All the little extras were included like robes, candles, mozzie coils and so forth ... more than you would expect from a budget resort. Such a relaxing and tropical atmosphere. This accommodation was the best thing about Port Douglas.

  Villas were beautifully presented, spacious and comfortable. Love the plunge pool and the views. Very comfortable and relaxing and will most definitely be back. The main pool was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. - Everything. The words I have responded to sum it up.
