  You kindly ungraded us from an executive room to I think a Junior Suite. Timing was wonderful as I was up for day surgery which turned out to be a bit brutal. The space and amenities were greatly appreciated.   Easy to find, easy to get parking unlike inner city hotels were its one way streets and double parking just to check in. Quiet, private, luxurious but not over the top where you may feel out of place. All the staff made us feel very important and that they genuinely cared. Loved our stay will come back again I am already trying to think of a good reason to get away again. The Richards - We liked the hotel it's was classy and comfortable, the staff were excellent. I loved the pool and the waiting room. Very neat , private and accommodating. Would love to stay again some time..
