  I would thoroughly recommend Marty's at Little Beach. The room was very modern with a large bathroom and shower. The hot water was very welcome. It was great to see a hairdryer, ironing board and iron available in the room. The complimentary beach bag was much appreciated as I had wet clothes after competing in a Triathlon and had forgotten to ... wat mensen zeggen » bring a plastic bag. There was also a complimentary watch which will come in handy. The location was close to Nelson Bay Shopping Centre but was in - Gorgeous little motel block ..extremely clean and beautifully fitted out and when you arrive at your room you're greeted with a gift or 2 welcoming you to Martys ...the lady owner is marvellous , very helpful and organised ..I would definetely go back there again and I would recommend to all my travelling friends ... A pleasure staying there indeed .

  We stayed for 3 nights mid week and it was the most enjoyable and relaxing place to stay...loved it. Our room had a lovely garden outlook...breakfast (included) was fantastic esp with the view from the restaurant. The resort is dated and a bit tired in need of a refurbish but all in all, a great place to chill out and relax. Will definitely be bac... wat mensen zeggen » k but will be mid week as I can imagine it would be very busy on the weekends. - Out if town enough to be out of rat race yet close enough yo walk there. Good walking / cycling track. Staff very friendly and helpful . Restaurant catered well for vegetarians +++ very impressed!!

  Standard Queen room was good. Decor tasteful and pleasant, particularly liked the bedsides and would be delighted to have supplier's name and contact details. Staff delightful. Breakfast excellent - 2 different sorts ordered. Would have liked to try the pool, just did not get to it despite costumes in bags! Only stayed one night. Thank you for a very ple - We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It's big and spacious and can accommodate 7 pple (3 double beds and a single bed). The apartment looks very brand new and clean. The toilets are very clean and one even has spa bathtub. All of us love the apartment and enjoyed our one night stay there. Lastly, it's very extremely value for money as it costs AUD 280 for 6 of us a night!

  The Admiral Nelson was one of the nicest hotels (at any price range) I have ever stayed at. The feel of the hotel was special and created a lovely atmosphere. The management were friendly, professionaland and unassuming. The location was brilliant !! In walking distance to the Mariner, shops and restaurants. We got such a great price for the weekend that I was expecting a relatively standard motel room instead the room exceeded my expectations!! It was so roomy, exceptionally clean and tidy and very modern - we were really impressed.

  Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, allowing us to leave our car parked out of the heat while we went whale watching. Extremely friendly. Location is excellent - over the shopping centre, a short walk to the marina, restaurants, water activities. Location is perfect, walking distance to everywhere of Nelson Bay. Room is clean although a bit old. The bed is a bit too soft to me. Everything is good to me and good value for money.

  The room we had was clean, comfortable and roomy. The water for shower was hot which is sometimes an issue in multi room accomodation. The staff are friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and the location is great. I would recommend Marina Resort to family and friends. - Good size rooms and good facilities.
