Older style motel with a beautiful out look over the golf course & lovely sunny rooms, very homely.
Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful as I was arriving late in the evening.
The rooms looked as though they have had a makeover, very clean and
comfortable.
Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, tv very modern.

room had a stale smell as room had been locked up for some time.
We stayed in the older units which need updating. This was the only unit available at this time. The newer units had a better outlook and would have been more modern.
Bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy.
I didn't like the fact that the checking in after hours service was right outside our room. We woke up with every check in. Maybe if room 1 stays unbooked so until last so that people who stop by chance can have it and not be bothered.

Was denied late check out. Was woken by cleaning staff at 8am, then
again at 8:30 wanting to clean the room even though we were still in it.
We completed checkout at 10:05 and dropped the key off. After packing
the car I requested to use a bathroom and was told rudely by reception
that it would be possible, then ignored until I walked out. Next time I
will stay somewhere else.

Size of room: 12sqm instead of the 25 advertised. They must hve counted the bathroom, the porch and the car space as well!! Overpriced, falsely advertised establishment. Avoid it if you can...
