Loved the place, clean and convenient and very helpful staff at the front desk, free WiFi with great connection probably because we asked to be close to reception but we did get what we asked for which was great. Definitely sound proof walls as on a high way but we all had a perfect sleep. The thoroughness of the cleaning. The excellent room service of affordable meals. The quietness of the room at night. The convenience of the elevator and the attentive attention of the front desk staff especially when we managed to get ourselves locked outside.
alle beoordelingen » The Hemisphere Hotel is a lovely comfortable hotel and very convenient for us as our daughter and her husband just live within walking distance and now that they have two children there isn't enough room for us to stay with them anymore. The restaurant meal was beautifully presented and delicious. Restaurant Staff member Steven and Asian lady (so sorry can't remember her name) were exceptionally helpful & accommodating to our family. Thank you!. Staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful and efficient. Room service dinner and breakfast were very nice and reasonable price Free parking. The hotel was really convenient to the locations we were visiting and the room was very reasonably priced for the quality of the facility. Conference facility was adjacent to the accommodation which was convenient. Small shops adjacent were handy. Very nice spacious room. Very pleased that there was an option between high & low pillows. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. The staff were friendly and assisted in any way that they could. Mini bar prices were quite reasonable. Staff could not do enough for me very attentative to my needs. friendly staff and great location, room were clean and tidy. It would have saved a few seconds each time if we would have been given a pass code or card for the secure car park. Other than being the site of the conference - its a long way from anywhere!!!. No FOXTEL - it would have been nice to have in the room. Bed was hard decor average in the room. When you arrive they take an impression of your credit card for the nights accom +$50 then on check out they charge you for the room rate so you are have to wait up to 7 days to get you money back. Nothing. No frequent public transport. Weekend meal service. Nothing. nothing. There was no food available. The hotel didn't have our booking although we had booked online and had confirmation via email.
