Prima lokatie, ruime kamers, schoon, mooi uitzicht bij kamernummer 3000 en hoger, na 2 dagen reizen om 9 uur 'morgens aankomen en toch al een kamer krijgen: prima! -
Our first im pression was the friendly helpful staff, arriving 9pm late
friday night. Very refreshing. Then it was the comfortable spacious room
with great views of the city lights.

We loved the view from our room and the fact that the 2 bedrooms were completely separate. Excellent room service, location was just perfect, close to shops and transport. Plenty of room in the apt, didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Great having the 2 bathrooms too! Would definitely stay here again.

I was extremely fortunate to be up-graded to a larger room so I could spread out and be even more comfortable. the Staff were super efficient, we mentioned the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Next morning a brand new one was installed and set up for all channels. They had the new towels we asked for,ready for us when we got back late at night, and helped at every opportunity.

We had a fabulous stay and cannot fault the accommodation and
facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of
our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much
walking distance to everything. Southbank is just amazing! -

Location to Cbd & public transport ideal. The staff are all friendly & helpful in every way. Being self contained was excellent and kept dining costs down, especially when staying with children who only need toast or cereal for breakfasts & a simple sandwich for lunches.
