  I enjoyed your friendly helpful staff , the staff member even rembered me and that I'm an artist , from my last stay , I was very impressed ... She was brilliant - I'm female in my 40s - so I liked seeing women my age behind the desk ... Good to see ! The staff are my first meeting point of your hotel and I feel that is important to feel comfor... wat mensen zeggen » table and they made me feel at ease , it's a great hotel and I love the fact you have wifi and don't charge extra like most places do , it's a great l - location,the service is brilliant,so up beat and friendly,always helpful,rooms r so clean,comfortable,we always feel relaxed when we stay here,being next to the botanical gardens,gives u that sense of being next to nature,even in the heart of the city,absolutely beautiful,I would definitely recommend this hotel, to stay.in fact,we will be booking again for next year same time,as we enter the marathon yearly all i can say is keep up the brilliant work u do there,to all the staff well done luv ur

  I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We were immediately given an umbrella by the helpful staff behind the desk. Any questions that we had, were answered without any problems. - Staff were extremely help... wat mensen zeggen » ful. We arrived from uk early in morning & they got our apartment ready very quickly for us. Helped me with printing and faxing as we were emigrating. Nothing was too much & always smiling. Apartment was comfortable & clean, very well equipped. Free loop bus down to cbd was great.
