I was very appreciative of the 24 hour check in and the fact that pets are welcome. Those two aspects were highly influential in our decision making process. I would also like to make special mention of the wonderful and friendly service we received - outstanding!. Location - close to shops and clubs; comfortable, clean, TV reception clear; person handling booking was helpful; online booking available.

Being so close to highway, truck noise but this is unavoidable as the motel is old and so does not have the insulation or double glazing to block out noise. Nothing. nothing I can think of. N/A. nothing it was a great stay. Wi Fi was expensive and couldn't connect. That the micro-wave didn't work. Getting aging great grandmother up to the top storey. nothing all good. No bath mat or hand towel supplied on first night, and room cleaning consisted of changing towels and just pulling up bed covers. The fact that in our room on the return journey (no 23) there was no kitchen sink. Nothing could be cleaned. There were too many steps even for the lower level. We really needed ground floor level.
