  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean.   I would highly recommend the Skyhome that I stayed - excellent 270 degree view of both sea and city, and trendy designed rooms. There are two swimming pools in Tower 1. The hotel is close to everything - beach just across the street, shops around, restaurants underneath. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children.   Stuart and Denise are the owners and they make you feel very welcome. The resort is comfortable, clean and close to amenities. We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either. The room was extremely welcoming with adequate kitchen facilities to allow us to cook meals easily. The beds were very soft, great after a long day of surfing and playing on the beach. The bathrooms were good, especially the en suite, very special. Access to the beach, view of the beach... amazing location.
