  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  Great resort style apartments, great staff, really top spot being just opposite the beach and walking track and close to 2 playgrounds for our little one. Loved the indoor heated spa, as it was little bit rainy during our stay. Burleigh Heads is so relaxed and out of the hussle of Surfers Paradise, yet close enough if you would like some adventure... wat mensen zeggen » . Absolutely loved our stay! - The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, must say one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen for a long time. Pool and gardens were very well maintained. Inside pool was an added bonus. Rooftop area was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Great location.

  Location was an epic win! Could not have been any closer to our needs, beach, shopping, tourist pickups. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room had great ocean views from Level 15. Mind you this was not we booked, however put in a request to have an oceanview and they delivered.   We stayed in a sea view apartment on the 15th floor, it certainly had the wow factor as soon as you opened the door with breathtaking views across Burleigh Beach and the ocean beyond. The apartment had everything you needed for a short or extended break and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again ... wat mensen zeggen » on our next trip to Australia. - We loved the location, the view from our room was second to none. burleigh heads was perfect for us as it had a real community vibe and is close to all the action of surfers paradise. The rooms were well appointed and the staff courteous and friendly. We are already planning a return trip early in the new year and 2nd avenue will see our return patronage

  I stayed here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean and well presented with everything you need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made our weekend away very special. This hotel has all the facilities you could want plus more. The higher rooms have amazing views of the ocean ... wat mensen zeggen » and the restaurants food is of high quality. Definitely going to come back :) - Amazing stay! During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3 separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff were superb, Layla, Kim and Marcus. Each time we returned there was a bottle of wine and chocs waiting in the room to welcome us back and the rooms/apartments were of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit the Gold Coast.
