When we requested a different room, the receptionist handled it in a
friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff.
Although young, they displayed confidence and a thorough knowledge of
their roles. Spa options were very good. -
Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great and spa and pool area were great!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It's big and spacious and can accommodate 7 pple (3 double beds and a single bed). The apartment looks very brand new and clean. The toilets are very clean and one even has spa bathtub. All of us love the apartment and enjoyed our one night stay there. Lastly, it's very extremely value for money as it costs AUD 280 for 6 of us a night!

The service and willingness to go the extra yard in helping out. We had
an issue with the fridge which meant some of our food being thrown out.
The management replaced the fridge immediately and offered free
accommodation to our son-in-law and daughter who came up for one night
as compensation. This was a nice gesture and showed a genuine concern

Gorgeous little motel block ..extremely clean and beautifully fitted out and when you arrive at your room you're greeted with a gift or 2 welcoming you to Martys ...the lady owner is marvellous , very helpful and organised ..I would definetely go back there again and I would recommend to all my travelling friends ... The location was brilliant !! In walking distance to the Mariner, shops and restaurants. We got such a great price for the weekend that I was expecting a relatively standard motel room instead the room exceeded my expectations!!
