  Location was great .. Room was as pictured .. very nice .. we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again .. very happy. - In the city easy to get too , clean rooms and comfortable, staff very helpful.

  We had 2 days in a unit with an excellent view of Stokes Hill wharf, and 1 day in a 'city view' room, which was significantly smaller, but still very acceptable. Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre, but there was a lot of facilities (tourism, eating) nearby. - The rooms were large and very clean. Prices for room service and café were reason... wat mensen zeggen » able. On our first two nights our room fire alarm went off for no reason. We reported the problem the next morning and it was fixed within a couple of hours.

  Loved teh new part, but next time we want to stay on a ground floor apartment of the new lagoon area. Our Kids really enjoyed it. We would love to stay in one of the studios one day, but believe it would be just too expensive for us, but WOW they looked fantastic - Location was good ,walks on beach, pool great ,eating facilities good.Have staye... wat mensen zeggen » d here at least 4times . New area looks great and hopefully older area will also be improved.

  Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were also great and I like that the place was surrounded with lots of trees and gardens so that staying there was very relaxing and laid back - very similar to the Darwin vibe.   I loved the room and facilities. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very well equipped. I found staying in it very relaxing. The pool facilities at the hotel were great but we choose to walk across the road and use the pool at the Rydges resort as it was a bit more tropical and resort like! The staff were fantastic and very helpful at all times. Althoug... wat mensen zeggen » h we didn't end up using them the shuttle buses to the airport and Mindel Beach market were great. - Responded well to their error in the booking they accommodated my husband and son in the Rydges Resort when they gave away the hotel booking in error and found they had no vacancies in the hotel

  The reception staff is the best. I forgot her name but she was excellent. Very efficient and friendly. Made sure I never missed anything including the pick up taxi even though she wasn't on duty. The pool is well maintained bui didn't have enough time for it. I saw families catching fun. Very close to cbd. Rooms were maintained daily with fresh towels as required. It had a pool for relaxation. I look forward to returning in the future and would recommend it to anyone.
