  Majority of staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a cot for my 6 month old daughter upon booking the room and it wast forgotten about (most hotels forget this). Valet parking was excellent and staff were available and helpful when i needed an extra hand to put pram and baby in the car. Very comfortable and felt welcome. The bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the cold water in our vehicle when we collected it each day. Loved the art in the foyer.

  I loved the room and facilities. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very well equipped. I found staying in it very relaxing. The pool facilities at the hotel were great but we choose to walk across the road and use the pool at the Rydges resort as it was a bit more tropical and resort like! The staff were fantastic and very helpful at all times. Althoug... wat mensen zeggen » h we didn't end up using them the shuttle buses to the airport and Mindel Beach market were great. - Responded well to their error in the booking they accommodated my husband and son in the Rydges Resort when they gave away the hotel booking in error and found they had no vacancies in the hotel

  It was in a good position and easy to get to places we wanted to see.Our first time to Darwin and we loved it. The only drawback is that the accommodation is too expensive. - We found the staff very friendly & helpful and the facilities nice and clean. We also found the location very good for eating & viewing attractions around town
