  We appreciated the in-room washer & dryer. We are currently in between rental properties & it was nice to be able to do our washing within the apartment. Simple but made such a difference. The on-site restaurant was not only visually appealing but their menu was delicious & enjoyed the friendly restaurant staff. Housekeeping staff we... wat mensen zeggen » re friendly & always smiling. When walking past they would always make an effort to speak to us and smile. All mod cons within apartment made for - The apartments were fabulous, clean and very comfortable. The italian eatery downstairs had great food and the coffee was the best we have tasted for a very long time!

  On arrival I had an issue with the room andd IMEDIATELY they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. I couldn't have had a better stay and that was due to the staff who are highly trained in customer service, which ALL hotels should be concerned with. Thank you for a great stay... wat mensen zeggen » see you again in 3 months. - Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast. The glass water basin was a real surprise - very creative. - I could arrive quite late and had only just booked, and they had the reservation on their system. Very comfy and spacious room
