The owners / managers of the motel couldn't have done more to assist us throughout our short stay. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned and are incredibly spacious. We really appreciate the early check-in, the free parking and the complimentary WI-FI access. Loved the 'lunch pack' idea and the affordable breakfast options. Greeted with friendly cheer and efficiency by Ian; very comfortable bed; TWO comfortable chairs to sit in while reading or watching TV; early morning paper; powerful shower; the price - very good value!.
alle beoordelingen » Beautiful modern bathroom, man at reception was very friendly, tv in both rooms was great, the beds were very comfortable & rooms were very clean. We were tired so a meal to our room was much appreciated. Facilities looked good eg barbeque etc however we did not have time to use them. we were upgraded , centrally located, recieved good advice on the area & route to follow to canberra. Large Breakfast, bathroom had vent. fan and working, very comfortable, front desk efficient, helpful. Everything....the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen! Large rooms. Very friendly and considerate reception and well appointed roome. Good parking, easy entry and exit, no noise,comfortable bed. Good size rooms, updated bathrooms, quiet location. The motel is a bit distant from the town centre but its rooms, despite the motel being located off the highway, are quiet and offer the necessary commodities to the leisure / business traveller. Could hear road noise at times from trucks, but not greatly. They just need to modernize the rest of the room to match the bathroom. Nothing. Our two rooms were quite separated which made for significant inconveniences. No cutlery or plates, no tv guide, at $95.00 a little too high for area when compared to usa motels of similar quality. The exit just before a crest. Shower very small. Next unit very loud. The occupant next door smoking. Nothing. Limited Availability. A little noisy at the front with the trucks passing by in the early morning. Small step into bathroom. Nothing. The manager was very unhelpful when it came to concerns about traffic noise, and there were only 2 rooms occupied so it would have been great PR to accommodate our requests without explaining the extra costs. Good business comes from happy customers. Traffic on main road. Hot water taking a long time to come through. Noisy neighbours who talked outside our room. Bed was very uncomfortable and required a new mattress.
