Everything!!! What an amazing place! Tim was really helpful and informative about the local area. The house has everything you could possibly need. The views are great from the large balcony, it's so peaceful, the spa bath was wonderful, the artwork (done by Eve herself!) and décor in the house is incredible. We loved this place! Just the place for a relaxing and refreshing break.

Everything. We have rarely enjoyed such luxurious accommodation - let alone in a 'mere' B&B. A beautiful house perfectly cared for and decorated. Sitting on the third floor balcony in the (winter) sun was heaven. The Spa suite could not be faulted and a sneaky peek in the next door (unoccupied) room suggested it was as good. We only stayed one night. More needed to make the most of both Phillip Island ans Silver Waters

We appreciated the warm welcome on our arrival, the beauty of the surrounds, the comfort of the room - the best nights' sleep in temporary accommodation,- and the kind farewell as our stay came to its conclusion.
