The staff were so friendly and helpful, we had a very late check in and the transition of check in that late was so smooth. Our apartment was very well set out with nothing to need but our cloths and food. We had our daughter, niece and a friend of our daughter stay with us and all were very comfortable, plenty to do with a beautiful pool and BBQ area for your leisure =. We loved everything about tripcony quay joanne and jim the managersd were very friendly and helpful.the unit was very nice and the beds comfortable and a great view. We are going back again this weekend and have booked for september as well. And will definately make more visits to tripcony quay.

It was family friendly and very centrally located in Caloundra so we could walk everywhere. We have never been made more welcome, Joanne was fantastic kind and willing to assist with anything , I highly recommend Tripcony Quays great position friendly staff and very clean we will be back for sure . We were made to feel so welcome, informed and cared about! Having a separate lock-up garage was fantastic, especially for my daughter's 2 week old car. No worries about other cars parking too close. For An Overnight Stay I Could Not Get Over How Fantastic The Hostess Was - Frenldly, Welcoming & Made You Feel She Was Genuinely Pleased To See Us. Made For A Great Visit. Nice Comfy Units. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities provided covered all our needs including secure car parking facilities. The hotel is close to the beach and restaurants. I was comfortable with everything. It met all our needs and the managers went out of their way to make you comfortable and were full of information about the area. It was a quiet and comfortable. Excellent if you like heaps of shops and walks along waterways. The manager was very friendly. We enjoyed our 2 night stay . Excellent welcome from the Management. Unit was absolutely beautiful with water-front view & balcony. Very spacious and everything we wanted. We had a wonderful relaxing stay over the weekend. TV Sound Was A Bit Rough - Speaker Vibrating. Only slight downside was lack of blackout blinds which meant our little monsters were up from 5am! But that didn't spoil one little bit what was a really nice place which we thoroughly enjoyed. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. nothing. Many lights didn't work-bulbs blown and not replaced. I liked everything!. Would like to have stayed longer!. Little bit of noise from boat ramp. the room really needed a paint job & upgrade in general appearance did not appreciate the external walls being cleaned during our stay (early start and noise during the day) workmen came into the room; would they have come in if we were not there at them time? We were advised the day before they were cleaning but not mention was made of needing access to our room. The rainy weather. no lift. going home. difficult to open garage door (unit 2). found a long strand of black hair (none of us) on the water bottle in the fridge and in the bath tub. No fan in 2nd bedroom, was expecting water view for $185.00 per night. I would rate this unit as 3 star, comfortable but "tired" needs refurbishing, but I guess the price would go up and we thought it was overpriced at $185/night. Glasses cutlery and plates were marked with grease and food stains and needed to be re washed before use. Used lollipop stick in the bed?.
