  The Beach House was incredible, the bed was so comfy, room was so spacious, amenitites were beautiful. The location of the property was excellent right across from the beach but also secluded and in a very natural setting. - great location, spacious apartment, good layout and facilities, nice pool , excellent cafe on site, BBQ facilities great

  I was pleasantly surprised by this place.It was very comfortable, friendly and clean. The room actually looked better than in the pictures, that is very rare. We came with a four months old baby, and we felt very welcome. They provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Also a 7 minute walk into town. - Loved the huge apartment - bed was Sooo comfortable. Bathroom was big enough with lovely big shower eith great water pressure . Loads of kitchen utensils . Easy to eat out or eat in with a bbq area downstairs .Loved the spa and pool area. Great Location. Easily walking distance to everything !

  The welcome by receptionist was excellent, telling us not only about the motel but also about Byron Bay. A 2 minute walk to the beach through the back gate of the motel and across sand dunes. A walk of a further 5 mins or so along the beach brings you into Byron Bay. Walk along pleasant road into B.Bay took 10 mins max all on the level,thus an exc... wat mensen zeggen » ellent location. We arrived by Greyhound Coach and it took us no more than 15 minutes to get there on foot. The motel was spotlessly clean both inside - Great service! They were keen to help with anything, provided a continuous supply of toiletries/tea/coffee /hot chocolate and even had umbrellas, towels and games that we could borrow for free. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have air conditioning and foxtel in the room. The beach is literally a minute away and it's a 2 minute walk from the main street.

  Clean and tastefully appointed rooms. We were a mature couple travelling with our mature daughter. The owners son who I gathered worked on mainting the Motel was very pleasant and very much open for a chat whenever we encountered him which made us feel very much at home. All in all nice place to stay and good value for money. - i liked the location, the room, the kitchenette was great and the kitchen Sunbeam equipment was a bonus. i cooked a lot of great meals. the layout of the room was good, it felt like home. Laundry service was great. and the Costumer service was FANTASTIC. We came for 1 Night BUT we Stayed for 3 Nights Because we liked it so much. Landscaping was great and the Herb plants on the gazebo ware a pleasantly useful.

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were always greeted when we walked through the door and asked about our day! Peaceful through the night but loads to do during the days and evenings. 30 second walk from the beach so ideal and the free shuttle bus to and from the town centre was great as if it was full for a time slot they always offer... wat mensen zeggen » ed to come straight back for us. Couldn't fault it....also very clean and tidy - The staff were wonderful and so kind,helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The deluxe spa room was brilliant and had such a special holiday feel to it.The eatery and bar next door had great atmosphere and the beach is only a stones' throw away.We definitely would stay here again!

  The location was great and the complimentary brekkie was wonderful. We also appreciated the wine tasting, yum. Thank you - The staff were incredibly helpful and could answer any questions neccessary.

  For the rating of the motel it way exceeded expectation. We normally stay 5 star. It was well appointed and very comfy bed( much better than most 5 stars).Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised... - Location was fantastic as was the help from the staff.   We loved the hight of the ceilings. The balconies, the appliances, the furniture, the inside of the cupboards, the comfort of the beds and the air conditioning. The location was perfect. We didn't make it to the pool because of the rain but it looked lovely. The main man in office was efficient , well mannered and such a massive help with everything ! Highly recommended

Was relatively quiet at night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay there again at our next trip to Byron Bay.

  l liked the location- walking distance to everything. the staff were friendly and very helpful. nice atmosphere. nice little pool and spa and a clean bbq for communal use that we took advantage of. - The staff at reception were so friendly and helpful. They knew their guests and were perceptive in knowing my needs. Loved the layout of the suites.

  Great location and the adjoining rooms were perfect for a family. Pool area is really good anf the kids loved the heated spa. We will stay again. - Close proximity to beach, shops, hotel restaurants etc. Walking distance to markets. Nice private intimate rooms and surroundings - pool etc.

  Rooms are of a good size, clean and tidy.The Motel has a bar-b-q area which was well furnished and useable. Parking freely available as was the use of WiFi. The owner, Graham, was very welcoming and helpful as was his wife. The Motel is away from the hussle and bussle of Byron Bay centre and that is a good thing, without being too far out of he ce... wat mensen zeggen » ntre. A good place to base yourselves if you want to explore Byron at a not too expensive price. The gardens are beautiful. - I brought my partner here for a weekend away and the greeting on arrival was lovely they even did a special gift with tim tams and wine which was beautiful and thoughtful and we really appriciated it a lot :-) Staff were really helpfull with any questions we had mainly in regard where to get food which was very handy.
