  We really enjoyed our long weekend staying at this bed and breakfast.The room was very comfortable and the breakfast area outside on the decking under the trees was very relaxing. It also is very well priced and only a few minutes from the beach and jetty. Sandra, our host was also very obliging, especially when we locked our keys in the room and ... wat mensen zeggen » had to ring her to locate a spare set.I would certainly recommend this guesthouse to others. - It was a great location,across the road from the jetty &restaurants.Downstairs there was a continental breakfast. To help yourself., and use of that area during the day. Good selection.very comfortable

  What a delightful place to stay! My husband and I were on a business trip to the South West of Western Australia and we found the Busselton Guest House was able to provide comfort, high quality bed/Sheridan bed linen, generous choice of cooked breakfast, free access to Internet, peace/quiet and coiuntry friendly service. Barbara & Roger Western Australia - the facilities were excellent & the host, Mike, was very nice & friendly. The guest facilities with a pool table, dart board, library,games etc has everything you could want. A loveley outdoor spa & bbq area & well kept gardens. The breakfast is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & have already booked our next stay.

  Loved the kids playground. How clean the park grounds were. Smooth roads so kids could ride their scooters. Beautiful grass areas. Very clean BBQ's. Loved the bed linen.   Ideally situated for the beach, the pier and the town. Easy walking distance to all. Car parking right outside. A comfortable and homely atmosphere run by nice people. Breakfast was more than adequate for a continental style. The TV lounge was fine and there were cooking facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and a bar b q area in the garden... wat mensen zeggen » . The shower was powerful and hot. - The house was in a good location, close to the beach, and a short walk to the main street of Busselton. The grounds were well kept and allowed for outdoor living with BBQ facilities and small tables and also undercover protection. Great place, Breakfast was continental and very filling. All rooms were air conditioned, heat/cool, plus electric blankets.
