  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... wat mensen zeggen » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though it was close to the breakfast room. We were allowed a later check out and actually allowed to stay on pr - Great location, easy to find. Foyer looked inviting, bowl of apples a +. Comfortable/convenience/unexpected extras (eg laundry, 3 TV's, large fridge). Cleanliness throughout the apartment. Loved the complimentary breakfast with very friendly & helpful staff. Friendly/family atmosphere. Comfortable beds, quiet night. Security in lift ... can only be used by guests (would not operate without pass). Secure & free Parking.   Right from the start when I spoke to Noelene on the phone I knew we would be happy with our accommodation. In the last week before our booking, I need to adjust the booking as we had two more children to cater for. The response from T.V. (Noelene) was most helpful. We were delighted with all aspects of T.V. we were comfortable...everything was ... wat mensen zeggen » spotless...the children enjoyed the pool and we were a hop skip and jump from Toowong Shopping Centre. I would recommend T.V to my friends and will - The rooms were clean and a good size, the location handy for shops/restaurants and transport (trains and river-cat). There was a generous amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent provided which is rare! The beds comfortable, the linen good quality with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a lovely view of the Brisbane city skyline from our balcony. The location is quiet and perfect for families. I'd go again.

  Excellent location, fantastic apartments, very clean modern and so comfortable. Absolutely love staying here when we come to Brisbane!   Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again. The staff were lovely, the room spacious, clean and ... wat mensen zeggen » so so comfortable. Great location too ! This one will defintley be our 'Brisbane' home on our visits from Perth. Totally recommend 10/10.

  I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We were immediately given an umbrella by the helpful staff behind the desk. Any questions that we had, were answered without any problems. - Staff were extremely help... wat mensen zeggen » ful. We arrived from uk early in morning & they got our apartment ready very quickly for us. Helped me with printing and faxing as we were emigrating. Nothing was too much & always smiling. Apartment was comfortable & clean, very well equipped. Free loop bus down to cbd was great.

  We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartments - wonderful, with everything a family required. Having access to two balconies, and two ensuites reduced 'traffic congestion' when other family members came to visit. We were close to an Italian Restaurant, Chinese and Thai, and MacDonalds - all within a couple of blocks - and just around the corner fr... wat mensen zeggen » om a huge shopping centre. A perfect location. We may be making this an annual event. Thank you - The staff were excellent. Friendly and not rude. The room was nice. Well furnished and very clean.
