The room was fitted out quite elegantly and the food supplied by room service was very good. All staff were respectful and professional. There were no problems encountered at all in that respect.

Retrieving my vehicle was a twenty minute mission each time I needed to go out. First retrieving the keys from the concierge and then lining up at reception to collect a token. On most occasions there were people checking in and so I had to line up once again. Perhaps the concierge could give out the keys and a token. This would save time and in some instances frustration. Thank you

Close to Central Station, so made our travel to the Airport very easy.

Room right across the hall from the elevator and noisy people hanging around it at all hours of the night. I suspect there was some sort of large gathering going on in the hotel at that time, so I suppose these things can't be helped, but we would have preferred a quieter room in a situation like that.

Location View of the city Staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful (front desk, concierge, porter, housekeeping). Room was small for two queens but was clean.

Bathroom was dated and floor tiles looked unclean due to the ageing. Shower cubicle had mould in tile grouting. Room was slightly small for two queens but had a good view.

Nice and close to the city centre, as well as public transport.

On arrive, the front desk girl ask me if I was in the right place. Making me feel a bit angry that just because I'm just 20 years old, doesn't mean that I can't afford to stay at your motel.

Every single member of staff I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. Very impressed! Some nice design touches both in the public areas as well as the bedroom. Sadly I did not have time to make use of the slinky and inviting looking bar and restaurant area, nor the rooftop pool and gym, but all of the aforementioned looked great and if I get the chance to stay again I will definitely enjoy the facilities next time. The hotel was clean and the bed comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to the city and Southbank. Great value for the location. Will definitely stay again.

Coming from the bush with not much experience in getting around the city, the staff were exceptional in giving advice and directions and made our trip memorable.

Loved it all, arrived early but no problems to access our room. Staff were very friendly and helpfull, ice delivered to our room within minutes. Very friendly on our departure, hoping that we had enjoyed Pink concert, generally very enjoyable experience, and will definately be back. Well done guys!!!

The service. We were told we were at the wrong motel on arrival and they didnt have a reservation for us. For us to then drive around the city for an hour looking for the "correct" motel to realise we were at the correct motel from the start! The staff then accused us of being wrong.

The staff were wonderful.

The doors closing is very noisy and you can hear those around you coming and going very easily.

Great location! We arrived by train and it was only 3 minute walk away. The room had everything we needed and great value. The buffet breakfast was a real treat! Staff were all friendly and helpful too!

Hassles over payment, was meant to prepay but money wasn't taken out of my account; called for customer service and given 3 different dates that payment would be taken; finally paid on arrival.

I liked the central location in the cbd. The ambience of the hotel was very good.

There was no soap in the bathroom,no extra towel as there were 2 towels and three occupants we had to ask for sheets and blanket for cot. We paid $167 for 3 buffet breakfasts and 2 continentals plus bottle of water and cherry ripe. I thought this was expensive.

Location was very convenient.

Room was a bit small. Bathroom was very small, no separate shower. Bath type shower was difficult to get in and out of and the was no anti slip mat, so quite dangerous for seniors. Used bathroom items not replaced for second night. No express checkout.

I used the Express Checkout Billing 'cos I had to check out early and asked for a quick invoice without checking when I left. Later I found out that I was charged a room-service meal of $67 which I never had. So annoyed I had to go to a public phone to make a call to the hotel to correct the bill. That's what I don't like...the inconvenience !!!

The staff ought to be commended. They were friendly, helpful and all went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Very very close to queen street mall and roma street station

The rooms need a bit of a makeover! A few maintenance issues also. The glass sliding bathroom door was on its last legs. Hesitant to open and close it without it breaking. We also experienced a leak. Neither of us could figure out exactly where it was coming from. walking on wet carpet was very unpleasent. Also the TV was in an unusual position.

Paying $29 Wi-Fi charge for 24 hours! In a hotel of this standing this service should be complementary. Amateurish staff on reception desk. Filthy dirty window (outside glass) in my room. High cost of breakfast.

On my booking Package, for the Hotel facilities that it mentions that there is a Steam Room and I also confirmed with your staff. However, when we tried to find the place and use it, your staff on 15/F where the Gym and swimming pool located, he said the hotel never have a steam room. At the end, we did use your Sauna at about 6pm but no light inside, it was so dark... Staffs at recection are not friendly...

TV Bed location

Heated pool was broken and no notification to this effect. Bathroom in desperate need of grout needing scrubbing. Lifts were in need of vacuuming the whole of our stay I have stayed here many times previously, but am now disappointed with what appears a degradation in condition of the premises.
