Cheap but comfortable and very clean. Free wifi and parking. The hotels you pay $200+ for per night don't even give you that. The rooms are small but not claustrophobic. I have stayed in high end resorts with rooms not much bigger. Very easy to get a taxi, walking distance to queen street, easy to find, would definitely stay here again.
Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy if a little small but great for overnight. Great value for money

My flight from the US was greatly delayed and I was going to miss the check-in time. The clerk helped me plan an alternate check-in procedure while I was stuck in the airport - he was incredibly kind and helpful. Great location - able to walk all over the city or catch public transportation easily.

was SO noisy at night from the other guests out on their balconies until at least after midnight on the Friday and Saturday night. the balcony door kept unlocking itself. probably needed to be tightened or fixed.
it was very close to the city center, train station and beautiful park. also, they prepared for our packed breakfast the night before we checkout becaus we had a very early flight the next day.

Very good value for money. This hotel is ideally sited for patients visiting the Brisbane Private Hospital. The staff are very helpful and whilst the rooms are relatively small they are very clean and comfortable and the restaurant food is reasonable in both quality and price.

I liked the friendly young lady who was there when I first arrived to book in. The room was clean and comfortable and of course it is in a good location and I thought it was reasonably priced.
I didn't like to pay $200 for the security but it is understandable. In other motels I have been in, I've never had to pay up front for that. If I had to vacate the premise at an earlier time I couldn't collect it before I left.

The staff were lovely and eager to help with what we wanted. The rooms were small yet comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
There is no lift so bags have to be lugged up and down the stairs. Our accommodations were on the second floor so there was not too much climbing. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner during the weekend. There is another near by and delivery was fast so it is not a big problem.

When we stopped by to put in our luggage as we arrived 5 hours early, we were checked in early! i loved how comfortable and cool it was.
our balcony door didnt open, and yes the rooms are small, but thats a STUDIO apartment.

Helpful & friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was good & reasonably priced. The room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Facilities were ample. The bathroom was also well equipped & the shower was great. All in all a good stay.
