My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on.. Thankyou, and we will stay there again...Cheers, Annette. I liked not having to write out a card as they had all my details prior to arrival. I liked the friendly staff and smiling faces. I liked the location and the quietness at night. I liked the ability to walk comfortably to a range of different restaurants, shops and amenities.

Also turns off when showering as the sensor needs to be repositioned. T.V was in an awkward position, we watched grandfinal but coild not see bottom of sceen to see scores, only fault though!!. Fan in bathroom came on intermittantly throughout the night. Cleaners woke me up with their loud talking outside my room. Property is a bit dated. Queen bed and single bed made the room a little cramped. Everything was fine. No complaints. Way too expensive for the basic room that we had. Cost was over $280 for two nights for my son & I. Would have been nice if breakfast was included. Nothing. Bathroom was cold. TV to small. The restricted parking and the difficulty in passing the back of parked vehicles on exiting. Spider web on wall near curtain missed in cleaning. Not a big deal :). Comfort level of room was disappointing. Two dining chairs only seating. One chair was missing a rubber cap on the foot of the leg and the raw metal cut my toe badly. Room has tissue paper thin walls and my sleep was disturbed by noises from surrounding rooms. Ground floor room next to conference room door caused privacy problems with guests walking right in front of my window. Will never stay here again. Noisy young people upstairs coming home from nightclubs early morning. Very tight parking. The motel was very uncomfortable. very small and squashy. Dated and tired amenities, 70s decor in need of a serious makeover. Disinterested reception staff.
