Good shower (altho over bath) value for money - Location idea for us as our conference was just round the corner! Accessibility was great - plenty of tramp-carts to parts of the city

  The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program!   Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished. This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town. Business shuttle to Art Centre is useful fro ... wat mensen zeggen » some. - We loved the bed. It was so comfortable, the best bed we have ever slept in. The staff were very helpful and polite. Everything was clean tidy and more than we had expected. We had a city view king room and it was that and more.

  Gewoon een geweldig mooie kamer (superiour room), niets op aan te merken.. - I am impressed with the attentiveness of the staff in particular the Front Office Manager ( name is Greg ) who attended to my compliant swiftly and helped me changed to a better room. They stay was truly enjoyable. - Excellent location

Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets. I honestly can not remember the last time I had such a good sleep in a hotel. Definitely what I needed!   Easy, Friendly accommodating helpful staff, quick check in and check out as always with all Quests! The best studio style Quest I have stayed in, with a luxurious feel located in a fantastic spot!! Would recommend to everyone heading to Melbourne over Richmond or inner city quests. Love it - The apartment was beautifully decorated. All children under 12 free using existing bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slo... wat mensen zeggen » w in responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and waived the parking fee. - The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.
