Nice area and easy to walk everywhere. We had a ground floor unit. Large open kitchen and lounge room, plenty of room. Bedroom was decent size and very comfortable bed. Lovely pool and BBQ area and well maintained gardens which looked lovely.
Loved the location. Walking distance to Mooloolaba beach, shopping strip and coles supermarket and Alexandra Headlands beach and Surf Club. Some days we didn't even take the car out of the carpark. Would definitely stay again.alle beoordelingen
The staff were fantastic going the extra effort to change units so I didn't have to climb stairs with a bad knee. The unit was lovely and we had a great stay.
Surroundings at resort were nice and relaxing. Unit was nicely furnished and had everything you would want to cook your own meals if required.
The facilities were great and the location being walking distance to Alex Headlands as well as Mooloolaba was fantastic!.
Loved the location, ease of access. Very quite even though on main road. Loved the night security (peace of mind).
The Room was very comfortable, and the place was very central to everything. Nice quiet area and great time away.

The sauna and inside spa facilities with warm water are what sets the resort apart and make it a good place to relax. It was enjoyable during our honeymoon and still enjoyable years later after our retirement.
The location was great, ideally situated between Alex and Mooloolaba.

You have the facilities there for a lovely place. Just not well maintained. Shame really but we had great company so all good.

I didn't like the laundry/bathroom area. Very old and dated. Looks like the kitchen and bedroom was updated but not the bathroom. There was no room on top of the vanity to put anything even though there was a cupboard underneath.

Stairs going to garage were very steep for older people and very slippery. Units behind the bedrooms were very noisy at night. Sheets on the beds were very hard for the older people.
Need to start to update some of the appliances in the unit.

No lift. Heated pool and spa could be made more inviting.
The beds were to firm for my liking and some of the apartments were missing the shade structer over the balconies that help keep the rain of you.
That we didn't have enough time to enjoy it longer!.

Dated, urgent need of refurb, basic things like oven didn't work properly.

What we want in a resort, as opposed to other types of cheaper accomodation is relaxation and a break from the the little problems of every day life. In that regard there were some maintenance and management issues that would not require too much effort to eliminate and improve the experience. e.g CD player didn't work so I could not listen to favorite music. other guests using our parking space took a lot of our time.
The accommadtion was very tired and in need of upgrade re:
1)Not enough powerpoints in kitchen.
2)The white on the fridge had been worn away to black.
3)No headboard or valance on beds
4) the main wardrobe was stained on the inside, I chose not to use it.
5) seemed poor that a hairdryer is not fitted in the bathroom.
Ants came in to the kitchen area by the sink everyday i was staying.
Would not recommend to friends purely on the basis of need for upgrade.
There wasn't enough toilet paper and whilst reception advertise they
will be open on a saturday they were not and we had to walk to shopping
centre in the rain to buy toilet paper. Also there is no dishwashing
liquid to wash the frypan that is supplied in the room.
Advertised hairdryer, but didn't know you had to pay. Had to pay for pool towels, rooms weren't clean, only supplied one towel each so after staying 3 nights if you washed them there wasn't another to use till it was washed and dried, spa cold, sauna cold. Overall rather disappointing.
