  Really enjoyed the Adult Lap Pool. Granny - children loved the other pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation. The accessibility to all the facilities was great and very safe & secure for everyone. The Cafe' made great coffee! Both the Café & Pizzeria were delish & reasonably priced or famililies.

We loved the friendly manner of the staff and the way the whole village was looked after. We felt safe and secure unlike a night out in Byron were you are always on the alert. - My entire stay was amazing.   We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   I had a king room with an ocean view and I have to say I very much enjoyed my stay here. It was spotless, cleaned every day and the towels were changed as needed. I love how when you open the balcony door, the a/c turns off automatically - good way to be more eco-friendly. The view was fantastic! Note though that as with any vantage point in the G... wat mensen zeggen » old Coast, most of it is sometimes blocked by tall buildings - I could see the beach but of course there were a lot of buildings around (but not a pro - The staff were so very helpful, I called the day before to see if I could check in early as we had a wedding to attend and didn't want to be rushed to get ready, they said it shouldn't be a problem and sure enough when wee arrived there was a room ready for us a few hours earlier then the checkin time. We also able to extend the checkout time to 11 am which made getting out after a party night that much less stressful.

  The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room. The pool and water slides were a big thoroughly enjoyed by our family and we had a wonderful weekend. - Staff were lovely both at checkin/out and over the phone. Great value for money, great 1 bdrm apartment - large, clean and comfortable.
