The staff were very helpful.
The room was extremely welcoming with adequate kitchen facilities to allow us to cook meals easily.
The beds were very soft, great after a long day of surfing and playing on the beach.
The bathrooms were good, especially the en suite, very special.

All of it...We stayed in one of the penthouses and it was so nice, relaxing and private. We just wished it stopped raining so we could get in the roof top spa. -

pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours
- tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment the location of the complex
right in the centre of Broadbeach with easy access to beach, shops
restaurants.This is a very lively area at weekends but once doors were
closed at night we heard no noise at all.

Large rooms and bath rooms some guests obviously mistreat the rooms. Good buffet breakfast on ground floor however the revolving restaurant breakfast is not as good. Q1 is amazing! I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back!
