The size of the room was great. Windows opened and we had a balcony. We appreciated being able to leave suitcases for a late flight and the desk attendant called us a taxi to go to tbe airport with no fuss. Everyone was helpful and friendly. -

Although the hotel foyer seemed very basic the room was more than we expected. If you are on business you have more than a 5 star room.The bed was the most comfortable .Very good value for money and within walking distance of "places to visit".You will need a taxi if you are taking a train trip "Ghan etc"

We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The food & service was great as well, but most of all we loved the size of the room, the huge windows and large bathroom. -

Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

I liked the location of the hotel and also the size of the rooms. The Concierge was very helpful in booking day trips and the laundry I sent in was promptly returned. I also found the check in process to be very efficient and JP provided a good first impression of the hotel.

I stayed down the road for the first two nights in a very inferior place. I found your hotel to be spotlessly clean, very stylish with every facility that I required. I also liked the fact that if I decided to forgo a room clean I received a voucher for the bar. People who stay for a couple of nights

never encountered such nice staff and i have stayed in hundreds of hotels! Pool is really clean and has loads of really comfortable deck chairs. Breakfast was amazing, room was spacious with really big bathroom and nice extras that you would expect in a 5 star hotel. location is fantastic. -

close to centre - good old comfort - The staff member we met at the time of booking in gave us excellent service and was extremely pleasant on any queries etc. Location was superb. Would stay again.
