  Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

  Regal Park is in a very convenient location for a City visit just 50m off the main dO'Connell St yet we did not have a problem with traffic noise, nor did we hear other guests which was great considering we were in town on the busiest weekend of the year.   The room was very much larger than the norm, and so it was very comfortable to be able to move around without tripping over cases, etc. The staff went the extra mile. Eg, supplying information and maps on how to navigate the unfamiliar city. Although the motel is situated on a main road, the rooms were located at the rear end of the block, so that... wat mensen zeggen » it we got two good nights sleep.....in a very comfortable bed. - SaLe Leonie was amazing! I was not aware of the transportation limitaons on KI. Within half an hour not only was my shuttle to Pennishaw arranged and a rental car awaiting me there but the return trip as well. This woman did above and beyond. She was the savior of my trip to KI!!!! For future travelors be sure to research KI!!!(-
