  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Top marks given to Melissa Yeo, the front desk manager in her attentiveness and guest first service. Excellent in-house fine dining restaurant at gro... wat mensen zeggen » und floor. Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes. Good parking. A highlight of our journey across New Zealand and Australia. Thank you, Sebel.

  The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The apartment was spacious. Care was taken to explain how the parking system worked, and this was easy to understand. The view to the coast was marvellous. The wet areas were sparking clean and the room facilities were modern and easy to use. The use of a glass wall between the bedroom and living s... wat mensen zeggen » pace provided an even greater feeling of space. - Staff, were exceptional and a credit to your organisation. Special mention should goto Melissa and Tash. As a family we have travelled extensively interstate and internationally. Staff make all the difference. We will be back.   During our first stay we stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor which was quiet even though it faced the main street and had it had a great layout with all the required amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. My father who had never stayed in an apartment previously was so impressed he insisted we stay here again on our return from visiti... wat mensen zeggen » ng relatives in the Riverland for a few days. - Location in Adelaide, walking distance of Budget rental cars! Very friendly staff especially the Reception staff Creina, Lucy and Taylor. Although in the centre of Adelaide the Hotel was quiet. Would certainly stay there again if we were in Adelaide. We were with another couple who also liked the hotel. Also has Andre's Cucina & Polenta Bar in the building - fantastic!

  The gentleman I dealt with upon arrival - (Con) was obliging, friendly & extremely helpful. He answered each of my questions & gave me the taxi phone number, location of the railway station, approx. cost of the taxi fare & was courteous in every way. He was never gruff or annoyed & I did make several trips down to reception to ask ... wat mensen zeggen » him things. Thank you so very much, staff and establishment for a good nights rest & refresh for the next mornings travel. - At the heart of city, only 2 minutes walk to the Bus Station and Central Market. 10 minutes walk to the Railway Station. All the staff are very friendly
