I booked through letsbookhotel.com for a double / twin room and found on reading the print that a twin room could note be guaranteed. I emailed the hotel and was told that a note would be put on the booking and they would make every effort to accommodate my request. Thankyou. - top location close to all good restaurants, cafe and retail shops. Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath. Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks definitely value for money for a 4 star hotel

The flats were so central to everything. We hired a car but didn't need it while in Adelaide itself - only when we went to the Barossa Valley.   From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

Loved the rooftop & the valet car service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly & Gino stands out as a winner. You can see that his friendliness is genuine. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip).   This is really very funny experience, I haven't seen such a hotels before, it was built in 70-th?? It is like soviet 'doma otdykha' but in very good quality. Seriously, everything is working, air conditioner has only 3 levels: low, medium, hi, but works better that many of new ones, bathroom is equipped ok, room is big and clean, free parking is c... wat mensen zeggen » onvenient, even swimming pool is available and quite nice. Location is ok. If you are in the city for several days and would like to drive somewhere - - We have stayed hre before. We think it is suffering a little from being next door now to the Grand Chifley, which was a Park Royal. However, the setting opposite parkland, the staff, the rooms are still bright, clean, comfortable - will definitely stay again. My husband really likes a city hotel where you have adequate parking and ease of unloading and loading.
