Good layout & comfortable. Washing machine and dryer within apartment. Secure free parking. Very well located in quiet street with attractive nearby parks and heritage streetscape. Good restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops nearby. Walking distance to City Centre but good bus services available.

Location and ease of access such as car parking and remote control for
the door worked well. Leaving the key in the room and the remote control
in the box saved time.
Room size and bed was great, good lounge and entertainment options. There was a paper in the foyer. The unit I stayed in was quiet.

Location - brilliant for what we were after. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially when it was only a 1 night stay.

The pillows were really soft and ended up being flat by the morning.
Maybe a choice of a firm pillow may help as the second option in the
cupboard was also a soft pillow.
There was a strong odour of cigarette smoke inside the unit. There didn't appear to be any filters in the air conditioner. The linen had a smoke odour.
The lighting in the apartment was too dull, except for the bathroom. Quite hard to read.
Prefer quilts to sheets.

The fact that I had to collect key at The Old Lion then wait for second taxi to take me to Tynte St and to my annoyance there was no lift. At advanced age and arthritic I had to literally drag case up 4 flights of stairs to 2nd level.
A bit of noise but it was a Saturday night.
Queen size bedhead for king size mattress (pillows slipped through gap), tight opening shower screen door, under flight path but so was most of Adelaide it seems.
Check-in and room are not at the same place.
The stairs, normally that wouldn't bother me, but as I was on crutches at the time, I found it difficult to use the stairs! A lift would have been excellent or the staff could have warned me when I went to collect keys, as I was on level 2. I guess I assumed there would be a lift!.
Had to book in at a different location to the appartment. If I hadn't phoned the day prior to the booking I would not have known to book in at the other location.
Poor selection of toilet paper.
Lack of sustainable hot water & poor water pressure.
There were a few things that needed maintenance & one area seemed to have been missed in cleaning, but neither issue affected our stay or our overall opinion.
Could have had a desk to work from - was a little hard to use laptop on coffee table.

Wanted to book in for Monday to Friday the next week, Monday was $125 but other nights were $190 a rip off. I will be in Adelaide for the next month so looked else where and found a apartment for $145 a night. Will never stay at this apartment again.

servicing - not usually a big issue but only 3 towels provided (which
didn't dry enough between uses) for 2 people and no handtowels, 3

Reception is 1.2km from the property. There is no lift and I was on the second floor - very inconvenient if you have luggage. Room was not serviced on the first day. When I rang reception to ask why I was asked what exactly I expected. On the second day only towels changed. Bed not made, no cleaning in kitchenette.
