Friendly, helpful staff. They helped 2 very tired Americans find a restaurant willing to serve them at 7 pm on a Sunday evening and helped us use the local bus for transportation. Room was great. Quiet, nice view, off the beaten path. Beach and lake were calming after long flights. -

Every room has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. This is a clean, quiet and fairly modern hotel. Location is great - less than a 10 min walk away to the city center. Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast starts at 8:00, but they allowed us to have breakfast earlier because we had a bus to catch at 8:45, which we were very greatful for. The front desk guy (British national) was very helpful and ordered us a taxi the night before. The man who organized breakfast was also very friendly and

Our experience at Catalonia Sur was outstanding! We were lucky enought to extend our stay. Juan was an excellent and accomodating host. Staff were very attentive too.
