  Great location around Recoleta. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. Friendly staff, most spoke English very well. Breakfast was minimal but enjoyable because there were no time constraints.   Staff were very kind and helpful. They organiced my tour to a Tango place. Obelisco Center Hotel is very well located. Close to all the interesting places to visit in Buenos Aires. My room was very quiet but, as I expected, The Obelisk coulden't be seen from it. The room, the bathroom and decoration were a bit old and oldfashioned. Steps from Florida Street, the Obelisk, Colon theatre, etc. The hotel is clean and comfortable but don't expect luxury of any kind.
