  The staff were outstanding. They were very friendly, helpful, and greeted us as we arrived and left. They were completely bi-lingual (English/Spanish). The room was clean and neat every time we returned from exploring the city. The location is central so that we caught the subway a block away and in expensively rode it to many destinations in the ... wat mensen zeggen » city. Buenos Aires is a gem with so many interesting places to visit and kind, helpful people - Staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly, respectful and very pleasant. They made you feel like that's the place you need to be when in Buenos Aires. Kudos to them. Mangemenet should be very appreciative of the effort they put in and put out.

  Good location. Efficient consisent staff(even when we arrived at 2am due to delayed flights etc); would book transfers to airport and tell you exactly how much it would cost. Lots of choice of food at breakfast time. - Clean hotel, rooms of good size and standard. Breakfast had lots of choice. Free wifi and inet.
