A very nice, modern but unobtrusive structure located in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, not far from the waterfalls. The staff is excellent, the breakfast is complete and the restaurant is very good. Their internal car service maybe an excellent solution to go to the falls, both in Brazil and in Argentina. Brand new hotel in the middle of the forest. Super clean, good restaurant at fair prices, jacuzzi in every room. 5 star quality at the price of 3 stars.

Very nice, clean spacious room. Nice pool, dining area. Breakfasts are good, however choice is limited. The room and bathroom and the location. The location is absolutely amazing, you feel like being in the middle of a jungle. The bad thing about it is that it is kinda difficult to get away. You are either depending on taxis or can walk by feet to the city (40 mins) but in the darkness there are no lights to help find the way. Location was great. It is surrounded by a forest, what allows the experience of staying in a place with a nature's pleasant climate. By car, it is close to the brazilian border and to argentina's side from the iguazu park. Swimming pool was nice. Clean, large rooms. Staff were friendly. Location in the forrest is nice. Getting to see the Iguazu falls. We had booked an airport transfer, but they simply FORGOT to pick us up. Eventually we took a taxi (for pretty much the same price). When I complained at the reception they said they were "very sorry" and offered us a free drink! Moreover, the hotel is literaly in the middle of nowhere. One has to take a cab to go everyhere. Probably because it was not high season, we felt that the restaurant area was understaff. Hotel is located in the forest quite far from the city of Puerto Iguazu. You can't walk to the city you need to take a taxi (not a major problem). If you woluld like to visit the falls hotel will charge you substantially for the taxi. The food actually there is no food in the middle of forest we starving there the breakfast poor and late if you go early 7 you will not find anything although it open7and at night there where an event on the hotel)music concert inside restaurant they leave us without any dinner even abread and we wher e in the falls all day and there is nothing around the hotel to buy. the bathroom could have been cleaner (fungi!) For a 4 star hotel the breakfast could have been better. It is hard to find if you don't search before. At the check-out, staff didn't know how to use a credit card with chip. It isn't a luxury hotel. The main quality is the location. Thus, maybe it can be a nicer option to look for another hotel option at this area. The hotel was nowhere near anything so you are completely reliant on taxis. On the sunniest day the swimming pool was closed for cleaning, without notice. In the morning there is a lot of noise from the staff, for example because the cleaning carts bump on the concrete pathways. It's difficult to sleep untill late.
