Perfect Location. We had a very Wide and cosy room. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean. Nothing to complain about...

Good location, there are a big variety of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff

Slow Wi-Fi, Poor breakfast assortment of dishes, During a whole our stay an ashtray with cigarette butts was on windowsill.

Very helpful staff and generously sized rooms. The sauna was an added bonus and doubtless the top terrace and pool would be a delight in summer.

All was excellent, staff is great. Great location in town. Right on Italy square, view blocks from main square.

We were give a suite on the 10th floor that had amazing views of the Andes. It was a quiet room and very comfortable. The staff on the front desk were very helpful with advice on restaurants and trips. The hotel is directly opposite the Plaza Italia and its lovely to walk out and see the trees, Mendoza is a very green city.

The dining room could have been brighter, the decoration is rather dark and old fashioned. The background music on the first evening was like a Russian funeral march! Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Nearly everything. Location, the view. The room was huge and breakfast plentiful and tasty.

The only complaint is the smell that was coming from the bathroom sink. I guess it has to do with plumbing, probably not hotel's fault but it was really unpleasent. We had to keep bathroom door closed at all times.

Huge room size, comfortable bed, much light in the morning with a nice bathroom

For the size and quality level of the Hotel in general breakfast, fitness room and swimming pool don't correspond to that level!

This was our second stay at the hotel. The room sizes and the location across the plaza italia are the main drawing carts.

At breakfast time we felled there was not enough staff around to handle the guests. New ownership cancelled the 5 pm coffee time were guests could mingle and share a coffee and biscuit for free ... this was kind of the soul of the hotel ... and shortsighted, moneygrabbing executives stoppekd this wonderful experience ... they should have kept it and charge an extra $8 for the room. This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It is very grand looking and the staff cannot do enought to help you. Breakfast is good, rooftop pool and gym is a bonus. Excellent location

great location across from Plaza Italia, easy walking access to everything ( shopping, cafes, etc) very reasonably priced, very friendly and helpful staff.

Shouldn't have to ask to be provided toilet paper and despite a huge room with giant double beds, furniture lacking. 5 hangers in the closet and little closet space and no drawers of any kind
