  I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was excellent, room service as well. The room was always very clean. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from.   Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was very comfortable: good beds, clean bathroom, kitchen with enough appliances to cook a meal plus a living area with TV. Overall a large living space. It certainly made our stay in the city that bit more "luxurious"

  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance. For a family like mine with two children was perfect! - The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

  This is hostel/hotel, but with the hotel room you wouldn't feel like you were in a hostel. Hotel rooms are all en suite and very spacious and clean with aircon and the best hot powerful shower! Near to the main city centre, just a few stops away on the train line. Palermo is a good 30 mins by taxi away - I liked very much the hostel, the rooms are clean, people are very nice, the recepcionists are adorable. I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!
