  Terrace was lovely; Staff was effective and friendly; "Superior" room was luxurious; I think there could be beverages (tea, coffee, wine) or snacks available in the lobby at certain times of day - lobby and wine bar are pretty but guests didn't spend time there - perhaps a "happy hour" where wine prices are reduced in order to get a more social... wat mensen zeggen » feel - It's just a stunning hotel. One of the nicest places I've stayed. Not over done and tacky-- just really well designed. Also, the staff was very helpful. One even stayed on the phone with LAN for a long time to change a flight for me.

Con una ubicación privilegiada para conocer esa hermosa capital. No es un Hilton o Holiday. Es un hotel pequeño, muy cómodo, antiguo y muy original. Las habitaciones son todas distintas pero eso hace que cada una sea original. La decoración es muy atractiva, se ve lo antiguo pero se está en lo moderno, con mucho arte y detalles exquisitos. El personal de verdad es muy piola, y tiene
