  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance. For a family like mine with two children was perfect! - The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

  This is hostel/hotel, but with the hotel room you wouldn't feel like you were in a hostel. Hotel rooms are all en suite and very spacious and clean with aircon and the best hot powerful shower! Near to the main city centre, just a few stops away on the train line. Palermo is a good 30 mins by taxi away - I liked very much the hostel, the rooms are clean, people are very nice, the recepcionists are adorable. I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!

There is a kitchen so if one wants to cook some simple meals, it is possible. Area is residential but close to everything. Downtown accessible by taxi or by bus. Immaculate clean with a well catered kitchen. Spacious, modern and in an ideal location. The best place I have found in buenos aires for a family.

  The staff in this hotel are great - couldn't be more helpful. I arrived early but was immediately granted access to my room - 3 hours early. Helpful on booking trips, remembered my name - really great. The breakfast was huge and much better than other breakfasts I have had in other hotels. The bed linen was soft and the bed comfy. All in all fanta... wat mensen zeggen » stic value and I wont hesitate to stay again! - We stayed in one of the suites with our own whirlpool and it was fantastic! After 7 weeks of backpacking (in Hostels) around southamerica we felt like royalty here!!!
