This place was fantastic. It is new, clean adorable and in a great location, and the staff/owners are super friendly and helpful. I felt very at home here. It is a smaller hostel, and the location is in a fabulous part of Palermo Soho close to all the action, so it has a great balance. They gave free towels, a big plus from my point of view, and have the most comfortable beds I have ever had at a hostel! (or B&B). They also had super hot water! I only wish i could have stayed longer!! Thank. alle beoordelingen
The hostel is situated in Palermo very near shops, restaurants and bars. The owners are friendly and give the service a personal touch. The double bedroom with external private bathroom was like on the picture, nice! New mattress and a lot of space to hang clothes. Living room and patio at your availability. Really perfect value for money, it even includes breakfast and towels.
Nati and Maxi were very helpful. Breakfast was really nice. The place is in the middle of Palermo, a very lively and chique area; you can walk to many places or simply take the bus. They help with the bus suggestions.
Nat and Max were really kind and helpful, and the location is perfect, especially for the bargain price. The rooms and beds were clean and breakfast was fine. I would stay here again.

The dorm rooms are cosy with only 4 beds, nice beds, bedlinen, towel.

A small lock on the door of the bathroom would be more comfortable.
The private room's toilet needs a deep clean or to be changed.
But you needed to go through the breakfast and reception area to access the shared bathroom, and the buzzer was broken on the door so you had to ask to be let in and let out.
In the shared room you have to walk through the dining room/reception to access the bathroom.
You can hear conversation from the garden and lounge very clearly in the room.

They are somewhat inexperienced ,and unable to properly advise on locations and directions around this huge city. They didn't speak English well enough, so communication was tough. Absolutely no Air conditioning on site and it was scorching hot in December!!.
