- The hotel manager was extremely helpful and very good English. She was able to book a 7km tour through paradise caves for us very last minute. Usually you'll need to arrange that a day in advance but she had a friend to call and enabled us to join in a group.

We loved the staff here and they were incredibly friendly in tough situations. This hotel is a stop off for people going to Phong Nha Park and the busses to the next stop are only night busses. Therefore, they were left with many travelers who had already checked out and they maintained the kindness as though we were still guests. We spent like 6

Friendly staff who were able to book us on an excellent trip to Phong
Nha and Paradise caves and National Park. As there is a lack of
tourist hotels in Dong Hoi this is the place to stay for tourists.
Outside restaurants are limited but the hotel staff are very flexible
and are able to provide meals if you are feeling a little too tired to
forage outside.

Very helpfull staff, extremely friendly. We rented a motorbike at the reception and went to the caves nearby. It was a beautiful ride up there. The staff will help you with whatever you need. The showers are nice, rooms are clean, very cheap, en restaurants are nearby. -

After a months visit to Vietnam, staying in 7 different hotels, this was the worst. However, that's not because the hotel is bad, it's because the other 6 were simply brilliant!
