  All employees from the front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and eager to help in any way they were able. The room were very nice and had most of what was needed. Food in the restaurant was surprising good. Bar service quite friendly and helpful. The beach was simply amazing. We walked down to the inlet/marsh area, walked out onto the sand... cosa dice la gente » bars, saw hermit crabs in the water, birds, collected sea shells. We were the only ones there for a couple of hours. Priceless. Included in that is t - I liked everything, from the time we stepped foot in the Resort till the time we left, everything was clean, and comphy, The kids enjoyed themselves, and the STAFF! Oh my they were AWESOME, KIND, GENERIOUS AND HELPFUL I give this Resort 10+ stars, This was our second visit and Im heaed back in June and again in August of this yr 2013.

  We were a family graduation celebration of 10 people and 5 rooms. We ate several meals at the restaurant and the service was excellent. The staff went out of the usual service expected to accommodate us. The bar staff was friendly and quick service. The food was good. We used the shuttle service for getting around to avoid using several cars ... cosa dice la gente » and the valet staff were friendly and easy to book a service and very prompt to pick us up when we called. We were probably a pain in their necks, ho - Excellent facility, great and friendly staff, easy to get around, good parking, all the ammineties were excellent - pool, walkways, lobbys, etc. We were on our wedding anniversary get away weekend so it was perfect. We asked for a later check out time and the front desk staff was very helpful and approved it right away! Great stay and would definately stay there again.

  Room was clean and fresh, no heavy febreeze like odor, just clean. The kitchen unit was great and worked well and was clean as were utinsels. The bed was very comfortable and as soft as our gel mattress at home. The breakfast was good. The staff very helpful Lisa and Ron gave use good directions and helpful advice about the beach. Ran - Everything from the initial reception by Daylee and Megan, the well- appointed and immaculate suite, the excellent breakfast, the free newspaper and the vast amount of information pamphlets for the area. Lisa was extremely pleasant and also a fountain of information.
