  In few words my stay was great. rooms were big, beds were clean and comfy and the location i was very please with it, Not bad neighborhood, i had everything around hotel. staff friendly. the howard johnson winter haven has a great price also. i picked hotel quick at last minute and i had no complaints. - The room was very clean and well equipped.... cosa dice la gente » The fact that they still have a Bible in the night stand impressed me most.

  It is a very quaint, older facility but very clean and cozy. We were only passing thru for one night. Wish we had more time would be a great place to stay for a long weekend, pool, small beach with beach chairs and lake with canoeing and paddle boats. Owners were great, guests were great. My kids went fishing for the 1st time and caught a ton of fish. They both cried when we had to leave. It's 'quaint' and I knew that before we arrived. It was everything I expected & then some. Great location to Legoland. Would stay again in a heartbeat. - The beach setting, The swimming pool, Our room overlooked the lake and pool, and our back porch was screened in. We rented 2 adjoining rooms as we stayed with our daughter and grand children. We spent our evenings in the pool and talking on the porch.We visited Lego Land' which was very close. perfect for family stays.

  Very close to LEGOLAND which made it very easy to get to park early. Breakfast at IHOP was very nice. Room size was better than expected... had a "play room" for the two 5 years old to enjoy their toys in the evening without getting under foot of the 2 adults.
